Joe completed the process, he was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions, and had things wrapped up quickly. In the end I purchased a new Triumph, I appreciate the transparency, no hidden fees no pressure to buy more, and a quick process. Bought a new SxS from Empire. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. The employees we talked to were all kind and helpful. They gave us a thorough walk-through on the machine. Empire installed accessories and delivered the rig the same day. The showroom is very clean and organized. The prices on the used bikes out front seemed really good.
