Where is Empire Cycle & Powersports located?

We're at 7807 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99212 — serving riders across Eastern Washington and North Idaho. Call us at (509) 892-6368.

What are your hours?

We're open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Sunday and Monday.

What brands do you carry?

We sell new Triumph, CFMOTO, Husqvarna, Arctic Cat and Rawrr, plus a rotating selection of pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides and snowmobiles from many makes.

How does your pricing work?

Every unit is sold with Empire Up Front Pricing. The advertised price already includes freight, setup and a negotiable $200 documentation fee — only sales tax, title, registration and other government fees are added. No surprise add-ons.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — we work with multiple lenders to find a payment that fits your budget, on approved credit. You can apply for financing from our Customer Corner page. For your security we never collect Social Security numbers, income, or bank or card details through the website; our finance manager sends a secure application link or completes it with you in person.

Do you take trade-ins?

Absolutely. Use the Value Your Trade page to tell us about your machine and we'll get you a number. Trades can go toward any new or pre-owned unit.

Do you have a service department?

Yes. Our factory-trained technicians service every brand we sell — Triumph, CFMOTO, Husqvarna, Arctic Cat and Rawrr — plus most other makes of motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side and snowmobile.

Can I buy parts and accessories online?

Yes. Our parts department is backed by our fully integrated online store at powersportsempire.com, where you can browse genuine OEM parts, apparel, gear and accessories and have them shipped or ready for pickup. On new Triumph models you can look up parts and accessories fit to your exact bike.

Do you sell used or pre-owned units?

Yes — we keep a selection of inspected pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides and snowmobiles. Use the Shop Used Inventory button on our homepage to see what's in stock.

Bought a new SxS from Empire. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. The employees we talked to were all kind and helpful. They gave us a thorough walk-through on the machine. Empire installed accessories and delivered the rig the same day. The showroom is very clean and organized. The prices on the used bikes out front seemed really good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Empire Cycle more than five stars, I would. My situation was a little unusual, and buying my new UTV ended up being a process that stretched across THREE DAYS. Through every bit of it, Joe, my salesperson, and Kristin, the owner, were absolutely incredible. Not once did I feel rushed, pressured, or treated like I was an inconvenience. They worked with me while I paid for the machine over several days, and even after my UTV was completely paid for, they had no problem keeping it safely at the dealership while I secured and purchased the right trailer to get it home. As a veteran, one thing really stood out to me. Spokane is a military community with Fairchild AFB right down the road, and unfortunately there are businesses where seeing a service member can sometimes mean seeing dollar signs. That was absolutely NOT my experience at Empire. I was treated with genuine respect, thanked multiple times for my service, and they gave me a very generous veteran discount. It felt sincere, not like a sales pitch. But what happened when I finally picked up my UTV really sealed the deal for me. I showed up with my brand-new trailer, and Kristin — the OWNER of Empire Cycle — personally came outside to help me. Not somebody she sent from the sales floor. Not somebody from the parts counter. The owner. She carried out the straps, drove my UTV onto my trailer for me, and then stood there and walked me through properly securing my new machine using some absolutely awesome straps they carry at Empire. She made sure I was comfortable with everything before I headed down the road with my new precious cargo. THAT is customer service. I was fortunate enough to purchase my machine outright, but I also appreciated that Empire has financing options for people who want a machine like this but understandably can’t drop tens of thousands of dollars all at once. Regardless of how you’re paying, I never got the impression that the size of the sale determined how you were treated. Empire Cycle has earned a very loyal customer. I live about THREE HOURS from Spokane, and after this experience, I would rather make that drive than buy from somewhere closer. When I need parts, accessories, another machine, or anything else they can help me with, Empire will be my first call. Joe and Kristin — thank you for making what could have been a stressful and complicated purchase into such a great experience. I absolutely LOVE my new machine. And yes… I got the free Empire hat AND T-shirt. 😂 You guys earned a customer for life. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My friends and I have bought several motorcycles from here over the last few years. I went in again this last weekend to look at the new Trident 800 and compare it to some of the other comparable bikes out there on the market. My experience here was amazing! It was no pressure, and I was given plenty of space to look at things at my own pace. When it came to numbers and purchasing the motorcycle it was all very upfront and no nonsense. I visited another large motorcycle/power-sports dealer in Spokane after visiting Empire cycle and had the complete opposite experience. I had a sales guy trying to get me to commit to hand written numbers on a peace of paper. When I asked questions about the numbers, because they didn’t add up, he couldn’t answer them. I asked if they could just print the numbers out from a computer and I was told they don’t do that. only to have another guy walk out later with an actual printout. I immediately went back to Empire to purchase my motorcycle. You will absolutely not deal with crap like that at Empire Cycle. Go there, find something you’ll love, get treated correctly. Enjoy!
