Empire Up Front Pricing · Spokane Valley, WA
No Hidden Fees. The Price You See Is the Price You Pay.
Most powersports dealers advertise one number and charge another: freight, assembly or “setup,” documentation and sundry dealer add-ons appear at the desk, often adding four figures to the price that got you in the door. We built Empire Up Front Pricing to be the opposite: every advertised price on every unit — new or used — already includes freight, setup and our documentation fee. The only things ever added are the government’s: sales tax, title and licensing. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, no asterisk. That’s the whole policy, and it’s printed on every unit page on this site.
What “no hidden fees” means here — literally
Included in every advertised price: freight/destination, dealer setup and assembly, and our documentation fee.
Added at purchase: Washington sales tax and title/licensing — government charges we collect and pass through, itemized in writing before you sign.
Never added: surprise “market adjustments,” mandatory accessory bundles, prep charges, or any other dealer fee invented at the desk.
Ask any dealer this question before you drive over: “What is the out-the-door price, in writing?” Ours is simply the advertised price plus tax and licensing — which is why we can answer by text in minutes.
Frequently asked questions
Does Empire Cycle really have no hidden fees?
Yes — literally. Every advertised price at Empire Cycle & Powersports already includes freight, setup and the documentation fee. The only additions are government charges: sales tax, title and licensing. There are no dealer add-ons, prep charges or market adjustments at signing, on any unit, new or used.
What fees do powersports dealers usually add?
The common ones are freight/destination, assembly or setup, and a documentation fee — together they routinely add a four-figure sum to an advertised price, which is why so many quotes balloon at the desk. At Empire those three are already inside the advertised number, so our price and a typical dealer's price are not measuring the same thing.
How do I get an out-the-door price from Empire?
Take the advertised price on any unit page and add Washington sales tax plus title/licensing — that is the whole formula. For an exact written number, call or text (509) 892-6368 with the stock number and we'll send it over, no visit required.
Does Up Front Pricing apply to used units too?
Yes. A pre-owned unit's advertised price is the full price before tax, title and licensing — used units have no freight or setup by nature, and we don't invent substitutes for them.
Why do other dealers advertise lower prices for the same machine?
Often the lower number is a base price before freight, setup and fees that get added later — and manufacturer sites themselves note that transportation and preparation charges vary by dealer. Compare out-the-door numbers, not advertised ones, and the gap usually closes or reverses. We publish ours up front precisely so you can make that comparison from your couch.
