Very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. All staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. My purchase went very smooth and ordering accessories went very smoothly. I’ll definitely buy it from there again!
I was greeted by Kristin the owner as soon as I arrived. We discussed my interests and she set me up with a couple of bikes to ride. The experience was no pressure, comfortable, easy communication. Joe completed the process, he was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions, and had things wrapped up quickly. In the end I purchased a new Triumph, I appreciate the transparency, no hidden fees no pressure to buy more, and a quick process. I definitely recommend Empire Cycle and look forward to future business with them.
Wonderful experience. Just bought my second bike from them. Very helpful. I don't think I will go anywhere else 😃
Bought a new SxS from Empire. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. The employees we talked to were all kind and helpful. They gave us a thorough walk-through on the machine. Empire installed accessories and delivered the rig the same day. The showroom is very clean and organized. The prices on the used bikes out front seemed really good.
Excellent experience — well worth the 200 mile trip.
Ariel was a huge help with our loan and Kevin had everything prepped. Great customer service all the way around!
Bruce and Tonya made buying my Triumph Bobber a genuinely great experience.
Kevin made the sale easy and Austin's service work was top quality. Down to earth, low pressure — exactly how it should be.
The crew at Empire took care of me. They always make dealing with them easy and hassle free.
After poor service elsewhere, Joe, Sunny, and technician Austin solved my Triumph's no-start issue within a few hours. Highly recommend.
Excellent service and staff! Super people in every department at Empire Cycle — from sales, parts, mechanic, management, financing and delivery!
Awesome company and great service. You get exactly what you order and they ship everything super fast.
I just bought a brand new Arctic Cat M8000 Limited from them. They make the customer feel more like they are family or a good friend.
Cheryl's knowledge was a huge help picking out safety gear as a new rider. Thank you!
Love working with everyone at Empire — friendly, helpful, and just all around good people!
