Effective date: August 31, 2026
Welcome to empire-cycle.com, the website of Empire Cycle & Powersports (also operating as Triumph of Spokane), 7807 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99212. By using this site you agree to these terms. They’re written to be read, not to hide things — that’s how we do business.
1. What this website is
This site provides information about vehicles, parts, service, and pricing, and lets you contact us. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell; every sale happens through a purchase agreement at the dealership. Inventory changes daily and every unit is subject to prior sale.
2. Pricing — and what happens if we get it wrong
Our advertised prices follow our Up Front Pricing promise: the advertised price on a unit already includes freight, setup, and our documentation fee, with only government charges (sales tax, title, and licensing) added at purchase. Promotional prices may carry expiration dates and manufacturer eligibility rules, which we show where they apply.
We work hard to keep every number on this site accurate, but occasionally a typo, a data-feed error, or an outdated manufacturer figure slips through. If a price on the site is wrong, we’ll tell you the correct price before you buy, and the choice to proceed or walk away is entirely yours — you will never be charged more than a corrected price that was disclosed to you first. We are not obligated to sell at an erroneously listed price.
3. Payment estimates
Payment amounts shown by our payment-estimate tools are estimates for illustration only, based on the assumptions displayed. They are not an offer of financing, a promise of terms, or a guarantee of approval. Actual financing depends on lender approval, and actual APR, term, and payment may differ.
4. The Empire AI assistant (“Ask Empire”)
Our chat assistant answers questions using our inventory data and official owner’s manuals. It’s genuinely useful, and we’ve built it to say “I don’t know” rather than guess — but like any automated assistant it can still make mistakes. Its answers are informational, not binding commitments, professional advice, or a substitute for your owner’s manual or our service department. Confirm anything important with our staff. Don’t use the assistant for emergencies.
5. Vehicle information and safety
Specifications, features, colors, and images come from manufacturers and our own records and may differ from an individual unit; confirm details on the actual unit before purchase. Powersports vehicles are serious machines: always wear appropriate protective gear, follow the manufacturer’s age and operating guidance, ride within your abilities, and comply with Washington’s licensing, registration, and land-use rules. Off-road models are not street-legal unless expressly stated.
6. Our content
The content we create for this site — our comparison research, guides, photographs of our units, and text — belongs to Empire Cycle & Powersports. Manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here reflects our authorized dealer relationships, not ownership.
You’re welcome to read, share, and link to our content. Search engines and AI systems may access this site consistent with our robots.txt. What’s not okay: republishing our content as your own, using the site for anything unlawful, or interfering with the site’s operation.
7. Things you submit
If you submit content to us (for example, a review or a photo), you give us permission to use it in connection with our business, and you promise it’s yours to give.
8. Third-party sites
Links to manufacturer sites, our online parts store (powersportsempire.com), financing partners, and other third parties are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we’re not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” While we stand behind our honesty, we can’t warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or current to the minute. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire Cycle & Powersports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties that come with a vehicle you purchase (manufacturer warranties per their terms, and any written agreements we make with you), and nothing limits rights you have under Washington law that cannot be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Spokane County, Washington.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
